Am I Blood is a Finnish metal band that sounds very much like classic Metallica. The Vocalist sound like the younger James Hetfield. And they also have a strong Thrash-, as well as a strong Rock-basis, just like Metallica. There’s also a lot of typical finnish Gothic Metal in here as well. A mixture of moderate Thrash, modern Hard Rock and finnish Gothic Metal. Some great Riffs, very catchy refrains, interesting songstructures, wonderful harmonies, good solos – it’s all in there. ANY Metallica fan that was pissed off by Load and everything afterwards and misses old metallica should listen to Am I Blood. This is what Metallica’s later albums should have sounded like. Give it a listen if you like thrash metal. This song is from the album The Truth Inside The Dying Sun.

Why does this band sound like Tallica? because the lead singer sounds a litle like James? Metallica are 3 individuals. . . if the singer sounds like Jaimz, it doesn’t mean that the band sounds like Metallica. . . In my opinion James sounds like this, naturally. . this guy struggles to sound like this, you can hear it in his voice. . . Nothig Sounds Like Metallica but Metallica !

I agree, dude. He does have the Jaymz touch in his emphasis and whatnot, but his voice itself is definitely closer to the guy from Amorphis.
I first realized that this wasn’t metallica when I noticed that the singer knows what his voice is capable of and utilizes it to every extent. Also when I noticed that the drummer knows more than three beats and the lead guitarist doesn’t rely on the wah pedal for every note that he plays. lol
at first i thought this band was great but after listening to a bunch of their songs its all the same,b solos same place they sart the same n shit end the same, so repetative

lol wouldn’t that be amazing if the singer was James son or brother or something? lol I highly doubt it but that would be amazing if that was true. The band kicks ass though. Every song I heard by them rocks so far.
